RESOLUTION To correct and prevent this issue, update the Smart Array Controller Firmware included in Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2015.04.0 or Version 2015.06.0: http://www.hp.com/go/spp/download   RECEIVE PROACTIVE UPDATES : In our testing, applying the recommended firmware on servers with this configuration will cause the server to freeze at post. We use original HP ups's and APC Symetra PX ups's.It seem high quality HP PSU require really good online ups.Why do blame HP?
