I was not able to re-enable the Raid array and the last thing that HP could recommend over the phone was to send out a replacement drive. i.e. Not cheap, but equally our data is valuable to us. The Controller (P410) is workling fine and one of the drives is showing a steady amber light. Server is functioning in Interim Recovery Mode and advises the replacement of the failed hard drive (which I assume I can do upon receiipt of new hard driver tomorrow).   I
