I called hp and after diagnose they replaced the memories and system board. I understand this is old but there is really bad advise here regarding swapping the drives. The outcome was a bad hard drive. The array will operate at the speed of the slowest drive, and if the replacement drive is larger then the additional space will not be used. 0 Chipotle
