But, I can't solve the problem in 117BK. as per above , 1st change media 2nd use a disc cleaner 3rd change/bin the drive 4th follow the link in the post above Dont be a cheapskate and buy poor i'm using windows 7 ultimate with nero 9,i have not found IMAPI service in administrative tools->services tab.
